Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 25, 2026 · Last updated: September 25, 2026
This policy explains how Oneb Game Studio (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use Wall2Pose on Android or iOS, visit this policy website, or contact us.
Wall2Pose does not require an account. Game progress and sound preferences are saved on your device. The app uses Google Firebase for analytics, diagnostics and configuration, and Google AdMob for advertising. These services process device and usage information as described below.
1. Information we handle
- Local game data: unlocked levels, scores, stars, and music and sound settings. These are stored in the app’s local storage. Wall2Pose does not provide account-based cloud saves; your operating system may include app data in backups according to your device settings.
- Usage and analytics: screens viewed, selected levels, round starts, completions and abandonments, results, scores and gameplay measurements, together with app-instance identifiers, device and app information, and general location information derived by the service. These help us understand play patterns and improve the game.
- Crash and performance data: installation identifiers, crash reports and stack traces, diagnostic logs, device model, operating system and app version, and performance measurements such as startup, rendering, network activity and round duration. Reports may include the current level, pose and last round result so we can investigate problems.
- Configuration data: Firebase installation identifiers and app/device information used to retrieve settings, including whether ads are enabled and how frequently they may appear.
- Advertising data: Google Mobile Ads may collect IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), advertising and other device identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic information. Collection and ad personalization depend on platform restrictions, availability, consent and applicable settings. The consent service also processes your advertising privacy choices.
- Support correspondence: if you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
- Website requests: Firebase Hosting processes request information, including IP addresses, to serve and secure this website. This policy page has no advertising or analytics scripts.
Wall2Pose does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or precise GPS location. The game does not ask for your name, email address or an account to play.
2. How information is used
We use information to operate the game, remember local preferences, understand and improve gameplay, diagnose crashes, measure performance, manage app configuration, display and measure ads, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests and meet legal obligations.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for processing that requires it (including relevant advertising activities), legitimate interests in maintaining and securing the game where permitted, providing services you request, and compliance with legal obligations. You may contact us to ask about the basis for a particular use or to withdraw consent.
3. Service providers and sharing
We use Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Firebase Remote Config, Firebase Hosting, Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Relevant data is transmitted to Google to provide these services. Advertising partners may process information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, subject to the choices and disclosures available in the consent message where applicable.
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures may qualify as “sharing” or a “sale” under some privacy laws; where applicable, you can use the advertising privacy controls described below. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect users, security or legal rights.
Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information, and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
4. Your choices and rights
- Advertising consent: when required, the app displays a Google consent message. When the consent service requires ongoing access, open Settings → Privacy choices to review or change your selections. Declining personalized ads does not necessarily remove ads or the processing needed to deliver limited or non-personalized ads.
- Device controls: use Android’s advertising privacy settings or iOS privacy and tracking settings to manage the controls available on your device. Device controls may not stop all analytics, diagnostics or advertising processing.
- Local progress: clear the app’s storage on Android, or delete the app and its data on iOS, to remove local game data. Backups are managed separately through your operating system. Uninstalling does not automatically erase information already held by service providers.
- Privacy requests: contact us using the email below to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent, subject to applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
There are no Wall2Pose user accounts to delete. For a data request, tell us that it concerns Wall2Pose and describe your request and platform. We may ask for limited information to verify the request and locate relevant records. Because the game has no login, we may be unable to link a device’s pseudonymous records to an email address; we will explain any limitations and available options. The current app does not include a separate switch to disable Firebase analytics or diagnostics.
5. Retention and deletion
Local progress remains until app data is cleared or deleted, subject to device backups. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle your request, resolve related issues and meet legal obligations; you can request deletion.
Service data follows the provider’s retention rules and applicable project settings. Firebase documents a 90-day retention period before removal begins for Crashlytics reports and associated identifiers. Performance Monitoring retains IP-associated events for 30 days and installation-associated and de-identified performance data for 60 days. Remote Config installation IDs remain until deletion is requested; removal from live and backup systems can then take up to 180 days. Hosting retains IP data for a few months.
Analytics retention depends on the Google Analytics property’s settings, and advertising retention depends on Google’s policies and the data’s purpose. Some aggregated reports may persist longer. See Google Analytics data retention and Google’s retention policy. When a verified deletion request can be matched to records under our control, we delete the relevant information or use available provider deletion tools, except where retention is legally required.
6. Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections for service communications and restricted access to service consoles. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Google and other service infrastructure may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards described in the providers’ privacy and data-processing terms.
7. Children’s privacy
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through the game or support, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where applicable.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app or its data practices change. The latest version will be available at this address with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before applying material changes.
